Strawberry Fin represents my web based digital design practice.
My first computer art ‘piece’ was a random graphic generator done on the Sinclair Spectrum. In the mid 1980′s, while majoring in Economics, I also took university classes in computing and art. From there, in the 1990′s, I moved into web design, traditional art production, and digital design. Since 1997, I have been engaged in designing and developing digital presences.
As I mentioned above, however, my background is in Economics – a subject, which I studied at the University of Chicago, and in which I have a B.A. as well as an M.A.
I also have a B.A. in Fine Art, and a PG Cert in 2D Animation from Middlesex University School of Arts, and Central Saint Martins respectively – both in London. If you are looking for my art site it is here.
Over the years, I have lived in a few different countries including the U.S., Turkey, Switzerland, and Germany.
Whether the aim be a web site, or animation, my goal always has been, and continues to be to create visually aesthetic and functionally focused results.
